The opening order minimum for a first-time account is €2.000
The reorder minimum for established accounts is €1.000 for any product category.

NB. ACH Collection reserves the right to change any of its policies at any time, with or without notification. Please note that if your first order does not reach the minimum amount, your account cannot be activated and that the minimum order value applies to trade prices.

The trade prices are available on a separate price list, which can be sent to you upon request. Our trade conditions start at a 20% discount up to 50% discount, depending on purchase order quantities.

NB. ACH Collection rappel service for professionals is valid for one year, starting the date of your first-time purchase and trade account activation.

Merchandise is sold Ex Works.
A shipping quote can be provided upon request. Available for EUROPE and OVERSEAS.
Additional transport costs may be invoiced when unforeseen shipment exceptions are required to make the final delivery.

All orders must be inspected upon receipt of delivery. A damage risk of 2% applies to each delivery.
Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to ACH Collection within 48 hours after the receipt of the goods, accompanied by digital pictures.

NB. Before signing for receipt of deliveries, please check that there is no visible damage to the exterior of the packaging. Should you notice any type of damage to the boxes or plastic wrap, be certain to make a written note of this when signing the driver’s proof of delivery and to preferably take a picture before unwrapping it.

Any returns or cancelations orders, which have been confirmed by email, are subject to a 30% cancellation penalty.
• Items must be returned in unblemished, original packaging and in new, saleable condition.
• You will receive a credit subject to a 30% cancellation penalty to your purchase price for all acceptable items, on your next order.
• You must pay to ship the returning merchandise to our Porto warehouse, including all applicable custom duty, import fees, etc…

NB. Products in the ACH Collection are handcrafted by artisans. Small irregularities in shape, surfaces, and finishes are hallmarks of such craftsmanship and will not be considered defects.

A charge of €100,- will be applied for drawing up additional documents besides the commercial invoice and packing slip.

Limited to one (1) year from date of sale against defects in material or workmanship, under the intended use of the products. Our sole responsibility is to repair or replace defective merchandise when it compromises any of this terms.

Please note that the following rules applies only to online retailers of ACH products.
• Only items which the retailer stock are allowed to be featured on the retailer’s Online Store.
• No discounts are allowed on our products without our consent in writing.
• Offering our products throughout another online platform other than your own Store, is not permitted.
