Shipping rates vary based upon your destination (please see table below) and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all stock orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
To ensure that the most accurate pricing and delivery costs are displayed while browsing our site, we recommend that you select your country in your ACH Account address book. Local VAT will be applied for all EU destinations, UK and USA.

Most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
We recommend that you consider the following information:

• All orders require a signature upon receipt;
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address;
• If the courier doesn’t find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package two more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.
We can attempt to change your delivery address up to the point of dispatch. Please note that this may not always be possible due to the speed at which some orders are shipped.

Please contact our Support team with your order details as soon as possible to get your order updated.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email – within this will be your ACH order tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return the piece for a refund, please contact ACH Support Team by email within 14 days of receipt to advise of your intention to return.

Returns will only be accepted if the piece is in perfect condition, complete with original packaging and paperwork.

To organise a collection, please email [email protected] with your name and order number. You will need to provide photos of the product to demonstrate that it is in its original condition, alongside photos of the packaged piece showing all four sides of the box for insurance purposes.

Please note, you will be responsible for any costs to return the product and we will provide you with a bespoke collection quote before we proceed with organising your return.

Please allow 14 days from receipt for us to process your return and issue your refund.

We aim to process your return within 14 working days of receipt into our warehouse.
Your refund will be made via your original method of payment. It may take five to 10 working days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Please note: returns are not processed over the weekend or public holidays.

We are unable to offer exchanges on any purchases. If you wish to change your item(s), you will need to return your order for a refund and a new order will be raised.

Made-to-order and Atelier items (custom cushions and folding screens) are non-returnable.

It also excludes handpainted pieces, please notice the main characteristics of products are shown on each product page. The images and colors of products offered for sale may not exactly correspond to the real products due to the Internet browser, monitor used, or the original handpainted process.
